Mohamed Barakat

An Egyptian football player who started his career in El Sikka El Hadid club, then he played for Al Ismaili, Al Ahly Saudi and Al Arabi clubs until his move to the Egyptian Al Ahly club, where he became one of its most prominent stars and part of his golden generation. Barakat is considered the maker of fun and one of the most prominent Egyptian football players throughout its history. He is the first Egyptian player to receive the Best African Player award from the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC 2005). He also tended to prank stars in a TV program after his retirement from football.
