A professional Egyptian chef, he studied cooking and learned its origins in the hotel school. He started his career in the Armed Forces Officers Club and then in Zamalek Sports Club, after which he traveled to Germany, where he worked in the Munich Hilton Hotel and Hilton Berlin, he also worked in the Tourist Promotion Authority in Europe for ten years. Chef Sherbeny visited 33 countries around the world and hee speaks many languages (English, French, German, Spanish and Greek). After his return to Egypt, he worked at the Ramses Hilton Hotel as a training manager at the hotel, then a chef leader. He hosted many cooking programs on various satellite channels such as (Nile TV, Family and Children Channel, Al-Hikma Channel, Al-Majd Channel, Al-Hayat Channel, and Now on CBC Sofra). His most famous words: (War'a W Alam w Ma'ya Ya Set AL Kol!).
